Approach
Dr. Anna Recine is a certified manual physical therapist, pelvic floor specialist, athletic trainer, and dance rehabilitation specialist. With over 10 years of experience working with collegiate, pre-professional and professional athletes, she specializes in prevention and treatment of orthopedic injuries. Dr. Recine provides individualized one-on-one physical therapy care to target the source of pain, as opposed to placing a band-aid over the dysfunction. She takes time to listen and understand her patients, to reduce the total number of visits and get them back to what they love to do.

“I had such a bad, stiff neck for days. I saw Anna and the pain went away immediately after! She explained why I had the pain, and helped guide me through it. She also educated me on how to avoid my symptoms from returning in the future. Couldn't thank her enough!”
