“Over the last 8 years, I have been exposed to how the traditional medical system attempts to address pain. I realized quickly that it is impossible for a physical therapist to accurately target one's anatomical dysfunction when treating 3-5 patients at one time. The human body is interconnected and must be examined as a whole, however insurance companies attempt to dictate how patient care should be provided. This only leaves patients and therapists frustrated and dissatisfied, thinking physical therapy just doesn't work. 

Through my experience, I strongly believe that providing individualized 1:1 physical therapy care targets the source of one's pain, as opposed to placing a band-aid over the actual dysfunction. Being able to offer private 1-hour or 30-minute sessions save TIME. Having the time to listen and understand my patients reduces the total number of visits and gets them back to what they love to do!Combining my passions of physical therapy, dance, and movement, I strive to provide utmost quality care."
